SGT-78 Synthetic Cannabinoid
SGT-78 is a synthetic cannabinoid that also goes by the names CYMYL-4CN-BINACA and CUMYL-CYBINACA. It’s an Indazole-3-carboxamide-based compound with the name 1-(4-cyanobutyl)-N-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide (C22H24N4O). SGT-78 creates highly evident physiological and psychoactive effects.
Research shows it has a high affinity for binding with cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2, but it favors CB1 receptors. In comparing SGT-78 with its closely related SGT-25 (5F-CUMYL-PINACA),
Researchers found SGT-78 to become more potent, forming a tighter bind with cannabinoid receptors.
